GAO Bid Protest Nexus

33,136 GAO bid protest decisions, coded against 33 protest grounds and eight case facets, in a dashboard that opens straight in your browser. Nothing to download, nothing to install.

The GAO Bid Protest Nexus map tab: a 3D constellation of protest-ground clusters over 33,136 decisions, with a filter panel listing every ground and its decision count, and a panel stating what the coding does and does not cover.

Seven tabs over the same corpus: a 3D map, a filterable decision table, Dynamic Search, per-ground sustain rates, Analysis, Setup, and the full license and credits. Dynamic Search needs a local server and is not part of the hosted copy; Analysis runs here against an OpenAI-compatible endpoint you supply, and the Setup tab walks you through pointing it at one. The Nexus page has the downloadable bundles, the full setup walkthrough and the corpus credits.

The coding is AI-derived and not reviewed decision by decision: 82% of ground assignments are model-assigned, and half the corpus has no recorded outcome, so sustain rates cover a subset. Code is Apache 2.0, data CC BY 4.0, over corpora assembled by Kevin Misener.
