Free references built from real acquisition data: a browser dashboard over 33,136 GAO bid protest decisions, and every FAR Part 52 clause the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul touched.

## GAO Bid Protest Nexus

33,136 GAO bid protest decisions, coded against 33 protest grounds and eight case facets, in a dashboard that opens straight in your browser. Nothing to download, nothing to install.

Seven tabs over the same corpus: a 3D map, a filterable decision table, Dynamic Search, per-ground sustain rates, Analysis, Setup, and the full license and credits. Dynamic Search needs a local server and is not part of the hosted copy; Analysis runs here against an OpenAI-compatible endpoint you supply, and the Setup tab walks you through pointing it at one. The [Nexus page](https://acqagent.ai/nexus) has the downloadable bundles, the full setup walkthrough and the corpus credits.

The coding is AI-derived and not reviewed decision by decision: 82% of ground assignments are model-assigned, and half the corpus has no recorded outcome, so sustain rates cover a subset. Code is Apache 2.0, data CC BY 4.0, over corpora assembled by Kevin Misener.

## FAR Part 52 P&C Tracker

### Download — All Agencies (.xlsx)

33 civilian-agency tabs covering every FAR Part 52 provision and clause — Retained, Removed, Reserved, Updated, or Added under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul. Each row carries the Pre-RFO title/date, RFO title, the agency's earliest deviation effective date per FAR Part (with per-clause overrides for Removed/Updated/Reserved/Added), the FAR Council baseline disposition, and agency-specific notes. Built from 1,192 PDF deviation memos scraped from acquisition.gov.

### Browse on Airtable

Same dataset, online — filter by agency, search across all provisions and clauses, and click into any record without downloading. Best for quick lookups when you don't need the full workbook.
